Mutual Release
MUTUAL RELEASE
This mutual release, executed on [Date executed], between [Name of First Party] of [Address of First Party], and [Name of Second Party], of [Address of Second Party], is intended to effect the extinguishment of obligations as herein designated, as provided by [Statute that specifies legal consequences of a release].
RECITALS
A. Disputes and differences have arisen between the parties with respect to the following described event that occurred on [Date of Event]: [Type of event] or that certain contract entered into by the parties on [Date of Contract], a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
B. The parties have agreed to execute this mutual release in settlement of such disputes and differences.
